How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend Parmesan, mayonnaise, green onion and hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
- Pat fish dry with paper towels. Coast a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; place fillets in baking dish. Spread Parmesan mixture evenly over fillets and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and topping is puffed and light golden brown.

This is one of my favorite recipes I've found on here! We love it! The only alteration I make is that I add just about 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs to the mixture, just to make it a bit more filling and for texture. Also, once I ran out of green onio...moredancingfox in Butler loved it
