Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the Ramen noodles.
  • 2. Wait 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender and separated. Drain the water.
  • 3. Brown the ground beef, drain, and put it in a bowl for serving.
  • 4. Mix the Ramen noodles with the beef.
  • 5. Place the Doritos chips around the beef creating a flower-like design. (See the picture)
  • 6. Break the Doritos you have left into small pieces and put them on top of the beef.
  • 7. Add the shredded cheese and taco seasoning

    Paula,
I usually put the seasoning in the meat too, but this is the original recipe handed down to me. Great thought about the add-ons too.

I love it! Easy and yummy. Anything with a Mexican fare and I'm on board. I would probably mix the taco seasoning in when the meat is cooked like you do tacos. Sour cream on top, some sliced black olives on top of the cheese. Thanks for the posting. A high 5 from me.
