Corn Chowder

- 1 1/2 tbs. oil shopping list
- 2 onions chopped shopping list
- 1 stalk celery chopped shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and diced shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 3 1/2 cups vegtable stock shopping list
- 1 teapoon thyme shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels shopping list
- 1 potatoe peeled and diced shopping list
- 2 tbs, corn starch shopping list
- 12 oz. evaporated skimmed milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 large covered Pot: shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil over low heat
- Add onions and cook 5 minutes or untill translucent
- Add celery red pepper Garllic and cumin stir 2-3 minutes
- Add stock Thyme nd Bay Leaf bring to boil
- Reduce to a simmer and cook 10 minutes
- Add Corn and Potatoe continue to simmer 5-10 minutes
- or untill veggies are tender
- Combined cornstarch and Milk
- Blend into soup
- Season with salt and pepper
