Russian Sour Cream Horseradish Dressing

This zesty sauce makes a good dip for raw vegetable sticks, or a dressing for any green salad. It is enjoyed in Russia with a bowl of greentail onions and a loaf of dark pumpernickel or rye bread.
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed shopping list
- 2 tbsp finely minced shallots shopping list
- 1 tbsp chopped dill shopping list
- 2/3 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp grated horseradish shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a blender, blend briefly and serve
