Banana Breeze In Walnut Crust Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tsp. vanilla

4 bananas

Walnut Crust

Whipped Cream

Chopped Walnuts

Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until fluffy.

Mix in lemon juice and vanilla.

Slice 3 bananas and layer in bottom of Walnut Crus.

Cover with cream cheese mixture.

Chill until ready to serve.

Garnish with whipped cream, remaining sliced banana and walnuts.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Walnut Crust

1/3 cup butter or margarine

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ cup sugar

1 cup finely chopped walnuts

Mix together butter, cinnamon and sugar in saucepan over medium heat.

Cook until bubbly around edges.

Remove from heat and add walnuts.

Press into 9-inch pie pan.Chill. Makes 1 (9-inch) crust
