Chicken Tetrazzini for a crowd

- 1 pound spaghetti, broken into pieces shopping list
- 2 (8 ounce) pkgs. sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 3 (10.75) cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 4 cups (16 ounce) shredded cheddar cheese, divided shopping list
- 6 cups cooked and shredded chicken shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- 1...Preheat oven to 350*. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2..In a large saucepan, saute mushrooms in oil over medium-high heat. Add soup and heat over low heat. Add 3 cups shredded cheese and stir together. In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup mixture, the chicken, and the cooked spaghetti; stir together. Add broth and mix together.
- 3..Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top of each dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes or until bubbly
