Caramel Pound Cake

- 3 cups cake flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 2 sticks butter softened shopping list
- 2 sticks margarine softened shopping list
- 16 ounce box light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325 then grease and flour tube pan.
- Sift together flour, salt and baking powder then set aside.
- Cream butter and margarine then add sugars and cream until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time then add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.
- Add vanilla and beat until thoroughly combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 325 for 1-1/2 hours.
