Coleslaw

This is my verison of a family classic. Crunchy goodness with a nice zing.
Ingredients
- 8 cups cabbage, finely shredded and diced shopping list
- 1 cup carrots, finely shredded shopping list
- 2 green onions, minced shopping list
- 1/3 cup & 2 tsp white granulated sugar shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp celery seed shopping list
- 2 tsp celery salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar shopping list
- 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together cabbage, carrots, green onions in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture. Mix well.
- Cover and chill for 2-4 hours. Occassionally stir to make sure everything is well coated.
