Good-n-easy Cornbread

- 2 cups buttermilk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2 cups yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sugar (optional-I usually forget to add this) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon melted butter shopping list
- Drop of vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Beat together the buttermilk, eggs, and baking soda.
- Beat in the cornmeal, sugar, salt, melted butter and vanilla
- Pour into a butter baking pan or 2 buttered 9-inch pie pans.
- Bake at 450 for about 20 minutes
- Cut and serve piping hot with butter!
