Spicy Pan Fried Catfish

This is a good tasty way to fix your catfish....
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground celery seeds shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 4 (4 oz) farm raised cat fish fillets) shopping list
- 1/4 cup skim milk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or any you prefer shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
- Dip fillets in milk; dredge in cornmeal mixture.
- Heat oil in a non stick skillet over medium high heat until hot.
- Add fillets ; cook 3 minutes on each side.
