Ingredients

1 Tortilla ( use any size you have on hand)

2 Tbsp tomato sauce

1 Tsp dry basil (optional)

1/4 Cup shredded cheese

Topping

Diced tomato

Diced or sliced green pepper

Diced or sliced ripe olive

Any topping you want

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix tomato sauce and dry basil.

Place a tortilla on a baking tray and apply the sauce evenly.

Put shredded cheese, diced vegetables and sliced ripe olive on the tortilla. You can add browned and drained sausage, pepperoni, ground beef, or anything you want at this point.

Bake for 3-5 minutes, until all the cheese melts (more cheese please!) and the tortilla edge looks crispy.

Torilla pizzas make the BEST thin crust pizza, and we love thin crust in our house. It's a great way to make pizza for each individual's tastes, too, as you can top each tortilla with whatever you like...these are really very good! I just use a canned pizza sauce, but I'm sure the tomato sauce and basil would be good, too.
