Peanut butter chip cookies

Moist peanutty cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 3/4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup white sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 cup peanut butter chips shopping list
- extra white sugar for top of cookie shopping list
How to make it
- sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
- cream butter and peanut butter until completely mixed. Add white and brown sugar and continue to beat
- add 1/2 of the dry ingredients
- Add eggs and beat well
- Add remaining dry ingredients
- beat in vanilla until blended
- mix in peanut butter chips.
- drop by rounded teaspoon onto baking sheet and slighty flatten with a fork. These cookies spread so don't flatten to much. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes. Once removed, sprinkle with sugar and remove and cool on rack
