Ingredients

2 cups flour

3/4 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 1/2 cup peanut butter

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

2 cup peanut butter chips

extra white sugar for top of cookie

Directions

sift flour, baking powder and salt together.

cream butter and peanut butter until completely mixed. Add white and brown sugar and continue to beat

add 1/2 of the dry ingredients

Add eggs and beat well

Add remaining dry ingredients

beat in vanilla until blended

mix in peanut butter chips.

drop by rounded teaspoon onto baking sheet and slighty flatten with a fork. These cookies spread so don't flatten to much. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes. Once removed, sprinkle with sugar and remove and cool on rack
