No Bake Cocoa Rum Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup vanilla wafers crushed fine

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

2 tablespoons cocoa

2 tablespoons light corn syrup

1/4 cup rum

Granulated sugar

Directions

Stir together crumbs, confectioners sugar, pecans and cocoa then ad corn syrup and rum.

Mix well and with wet hands shape into 1” balls then roll in granulated sugar.

I remember these from when I was a kid. My mother made them for Christmas-and it was quite scandalous for a six year old like me to have a cookie with rum in it! Yes, these are pretty good.
