Ingredients
  • 4 cups cooked carrots
  • 1/2 lb. processed cheese, cubed or grated
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 4 slices bread
  • 3/4 stick (6 tbsp.) butter, melted

Directions
  1. Mix carrots, cheese, and onion together and place in a greased 8-inch casserole dish.
  2. Crumble bread over carrot mixture.
  3. Pour butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes our until golden brown.
