Carrot Casserole

Taken from Farmers' Almanac.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked carrots shopping list
- 1/2 lb. processed cheese, cubed or grated shopping list
- 1 small onion, diced shopping list
- 4 slices bread shopping list
- 3/4 stick (6 tbsp.) butter, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Mix carrots, cheese, and onion together and place in a greased 8-inch casserole dish.
- Crumble bread over carrot mixture.
- Pour butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes our until golden brown.
