Chocolate Cheese Ball

Serve this with graham crackers around it or on the side. Yummie, enjoy
Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 cup mixed peanut butter and chocolate chips (or use 1/4 cup of each) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chocolate liqueur (optional) shopping list
- 2/3 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until creamy.
- Stir in the confectioners' sugar, brown sugar, cocoa, peanut butter and chocolate chips, and chocolate liqueur, if desired. Cover and chill for 2 hours, or until firm.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in the chopped pecans. Place on a serving platter and serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve (allow to soften slightly before serving).
