Peppercorn Rub For Beef

This morning I went looking for a peppercorn sauce to make for a couple steaks I was making tonight and found this. It is out of this world good.....From bulkpeppercorns.com
Ingredients
- 1 tbls paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp equal parts freshly ground black, white, green and pink peppercorns (I used a little more) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest shopping list
- olive oil as needed shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except oil
- Coat food with oil and rub spice mixture into it
- Refrigerate overnight
