Peppercorn Rub For Beef Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbls paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp equal parts freshly ground black, white, green and pink peppercorns (I used a little more)

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp grated lemon zest

olive oil as needed

Directions

Combine all ingredients except oil

Coat food with oil and rub spice mixture into it

Refrigerate overnight

This rocks as far as a true compliment to beef. My husband is doing a prime rib roast and guess who's coming to dinner for this one? Awesome combination and a total enhancement-thanks for a real keeper!
