Brazil Nut Fruitcake

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 cups brazil nuts shopping list
- 1 pound pitted dates shopping list
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.(150 degrees C).
- Grease one 9x5" loaf pan.
- Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together,
- Mix in the nuts, dates and cherries.
- Beat the eggs until foamy, add vanilla and the flour mixture.
- Stir until just combined and pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Store in refrigerator, wrapped in foil.

This sounds perfect! I have been looking for a recipe similiar to this for years. I hate the traditional fruitcake but had something similiar to this with nothing but nuts in it. It was so delicious, I never got the recipe so thanks a million.
