Zesty Carrots Recipe

Ingredients

1 Lb. Carrots

1/4 tsp. salt

2 Tbs. grated onion

2 Tbs horseradish

1/2 cup light mayoniase

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/2 Tsp. ground pepper

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1 Tbs. melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Cut carrots into thin strips

Cook carrots in salted water untill tender {5-8 minutes}

Place carrots into 8 inch square pan greased

Mix together onion ,horseradish, mayoniase,salt,pepper,water

Pour over carrots

Saute bread crumbs in butter

Sprinkle over carrots

Bake untill throughly heated and topping starts to brown.
