Creamy Blue Cheese Potatoes

- 2 large or 4 medium russet potatoes shopping list
- 4 oz butter shopping list
- 3 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 4 oz blue cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 4 oz heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Do not peel potatoes.
- Pierce with fork and place in Microwave.
- Cook on high until soft to touch.
- Approx 6 minutes for large and 4 minutes for Medium potatoes.
- Let cool to touch.
- In buttered casserole, layer sliced potatoes with rest of ingredients.
- Pour cream over top.
- Bake in 350 degree oven 30-45 minutes.
