How to make it

  • If using fresh chicken wings, cut off tips and halve the remaining wing at the joint.
  • Whisk together garlic, salt, rice wine vinegar, cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
  • Place chicken wings in re-sealable bag. Add marinade.
  • Seal and chill 6 hours or overnight.
  • Drain wings and pat day.
  • Arrange skin side up on a greased broiler pan. Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper to taste
  • Broil 4 inches from heat source for 8 t0 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Turn wings and season again with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Broil 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While chicken is broiling, combine dippping sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil and stir until smooth.
  • Serve wings with sauce.
  • May be kept warm in a slow cooker with sauce on the side.

    Gotta love that peanut butter sauce with these wings - will have to try these soon (just brought a bag of chicken wings...good timing!) - thanks!
