Chicken WIngs Bangkok

- 4 pounds frozen chicken wings, thawed shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- DIPPING SAUCE shopping list
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- If using fresh chicken wings, cut off tips and halve the remaining wing at the joint.
- Whisk together garlic, salt, rice wine vinegar, cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
- Place chicken wings in re-sealable bag. Add marinade.
- Seal and chill 6 hours or overnight.
- Drain wings and pat day.
- Arrange skin side up on a greased broiler pan. Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper to taste
- Broil 4 inches from heat source for 8 t0 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Turn wings and season again with salt and pepper to taste.
- Broil 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- While chicken is broiling, combine dippping sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and stir until smooth.
- Serve wings with sauce.
- May be kept warm in a slow cooker with sauce on the side.
