Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 small onion (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 herring (Previously soaked)

Directions
  1. Place milk, water, onion and seasoning in a saucepan.
  2. Boil for 10 minutes
  3. Add Herring (cut into small pieces)
  4. Cook until herring is tender
