Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

Muffins-

1 pkg. "JIFFY" Chocolate Muffin Mix

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

Filling-

2 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 Tbsp. sugar

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 400, grease muffin pan or use paper liners.

Mix muffin mix, egg and milk.

In separate bowl, blend together filling ingredients.

Fill prepared muffin cups half full with batter. Add 1 tablespoon of filling. Cover with remaining batter.

Bake 11-13 minutes

I didn't even know Jiffy made a chocolate muffin mix - I will have to check it out next time I'm at the store. You're right - combining chocolate and peanut butter makes anything good!
