How to make it
- In medium skillet, saute onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until garlic is done, but not brown.
- Add spinach and stir until just wilted. Season to taste.
- Add dried cranberries and pine nuts. Stir and serve warm.

Pine nuts can be expensisve--at least around here--so I substituted sunflower seeds. I wonder if a dash of vinegar on the top of each serving would be good? Wish I'd thought to try that when I made it.lablover47 in Two Harbors loved it
