Fried Camembert with Mango Liqueur Sauce

- 15- ounces whole camembert cheese shopping list
- all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2- eggs slightly beaten shopping list
- 3- tablespoons milk shopping list
- 1/3- cup sesame seeds shopping list
- 1- cup packaged unseasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- oil for deep frying shopping list
- ___________________________ shopping list
- mango liqueur Sauce……. shopping list
- 1- carrot, chopped shopping list
- 1- small red onion , chopped shopping list
- 1- clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1- small chicken bouillon cube shopping list
- 1- cup water shopping list
- 1/2- cup dry white wine shopping list
- 2- mangoes, chopped shopping list
- 4- teaspoons Grand Marnier liqueur shopping list

How to make it
- Cut camembert into 16 wedges, toss in flour, shake away excess flour.
- Dip wedges in combined eggs and milk, then in combined seeds and bread crumbs.
- Place wedges on tray, refrigerate 10 minutes….
- Dip wedges into egg mixture again , then seed mixture , refrigerate another 10 minutes
- Deep -fry in hot oil until golden brown drain on paper towel………

- Mango Liqueur Sauce……
- Combine carrot, onion, garlic, crumbled bouillon cube, water and wine in pan…
- Simmer uncovered, about 10 minutes or until reduced by half, strain into bowl, return to clean pan
- Blend, process mango until smooth
- Add mango puree to pan with liqueur, reheat without boiling
- Serve with cheese
- Makes 16 cheese bites
