How to make it

  • Cut camembert into 16 wedges, toss in flour, shake away excess flour.
  • Dip wedges in combined eggs and milk, then in combined seeds and bread crumbs.
  • Place wedges on tray, refrigerate 10 minutes….
  • Dip wedges into egg mixture again , then seed mixture , refrigerate another 10 minutes
  • Deep -fry in hot oil until golden brown drain on paper towel………

  • Mango Liqueur Sauce……
  • Combine carrot, onion, garlic, crumbled bouillon cube, water and wine in pan…
  • Simmer uncovered, about 10 minutes or until reduced by half, strain into bowl, return to clean pan
  • Blend, process mango until smooth
  • Add mango puree to pan with liqueur, reheat without boiling
  • Serve with cheese
  • Makes 16 cheese bites
