This is my favorite cinnamon raisin bread recipe for the bread machine. It always comes out perfect and smells divine while baking. Just had some of it this morning!

Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups of water at room temperature
- 2 tbs margarine or butter
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/2 tsp yeast
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 tbs cinnamon
Directions
- Put ingredients in the pan according to your breadmakers' instructions.
- When machine beeps the first time or after the first kneading, add the 3/4 cup of raisins and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
- This recipe makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf of bread.
