Ingredients

1 1/8 cups of water at room temperature

2 tbs margarine or butter

2 tbs sugar

1 tsp salt

3 cups bread flour

2 1/2 tsp yeast

3/4 cup raisins

1 tbs cinnamon

Directions

Put ingredients in the pan according to your breadmakers' instructions.

When machine beeps the first time or after the first kneading, add the 3/4 cup of raisins and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.

This recipe makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf of bread.
