This is a great appetizer to with steaks or if you need a side dish for a BBQ

Ingredients
  • 1 Tblspn.sugar
  • 1 Pac.Dry Teast
  • 1 1/2 Cups lukewarm water
  • 4 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tblspn.Salt,divided
  • 1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 to 3 Tablspn.Dried Rosemary,finely crushed,divided
  • 2 Teaspn.Olive oil

Directions
  1. Combine sugar,yeast and lukewarm water,stiring to desolve yeast.
  2. Stir in flour,a cup at a time,then add 1 1/2 teaspn of salt ,onion and rosemary
  3. Mix well,then knead on a lightly floured board or surface until smooth
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise until doubled,cover with clean towel.
  5. When doubled,punch down.Flatten out dough on an oiled cookie sheet or cake pan.Make it even 1 inch thick across, Sprinkle remaining salt and rosemary on top.Pat the top of dough lightly with oil.Let dough rise again.
  6. Bake in preheated oven @ 400 degrees F,for 20 -25 min's .Serve hot.

Is this a round bread? My son loves carbs, especially round breads, the kind you can kind of just rip apart with your hands.
