Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine sugar,yeast and lukewarm water,stiring to desolve yeast.
  • Stir in flour,a cup at a time,then add 1 1/2 teaspn of salt ,onion and rosemary
  • Mix well,then knead on a lightly floured board or surface until smooth
  • Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise until doubled,cover with clean towel.
  • When doubled,punch down.Flatten out dough on an oiled cookie sheet or cake pan.Make it even 1 inch thick across, Sprinkle remaining salt and rosemary on top.Pat the top of dough lightly with oil.Let dough rise again.
  • Bake in preheated oven @ 400 degrees F,for 20 -25 min's .Serve hot.

    Is this a round bread? My son loves carbs, especially round breads, the kind you can kind of just rip apart with your hands.
