- 1 Tblspn.sugar shopping list
- 1 Pac.Dry Teast shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups lukewarm water shopping list
- 4 Cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 Tblspn.salt,divided shopping list
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 2 to 3 Tablspn.dried rosemary,finely crushed,divided shopping list
- 2 Teaspn.olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar,yeast and lukewarm water,stiring to desolve yeast.
- Stir in flour,a cup at a time,then add 1 1/2 teaspn of salt ,onion and rosemary
- Mix well,then knead on a lightly floured board or surface until smooth
- Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise until doubled,cover with clean towel.
- When doubled,punch down.Flatten out dough on an oiled cookie sheet or cake pan.Make it even 1 inch thick across, Sprinkle remaining salt and rosemary on top.Pat the top of dough lightly with oil.Let dough rise again.
- Bake in preheated oven @ 400 degrees F,for 20 -25 min's .Serve hot.
