Ingredients

1 10 oz package of frozen, chopped spinach

2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

1/4 cup of light cream (or undiluted canned milk)

2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish

1/2 teaspoon of salt

dash of freshly ground pepper

Directions

Cook the spinach according to package instructions.

Drain completely.

Add the remaining ingredients; mix well and heat through.

NOTES-Horseradish can vary greatly in its "intensity". If you prefer a milder flavor, add less than the full amount.

This sounds really good...I love both spinach and horseradish, and even though I would use fresh spinach instead of frozen, it certainly wouldn't change the dish at all. Yum!
