Came up with this in the last minute. Most everything was in my cupboard. so easy

Ingredients
  • 1- 16 oz. can refried beans, smashed very well
  • 1 15 oz. pkg of flour tortillas, room temp.
  • 1 8 oz. pkg of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 12oz. can of chicken, broken up
  • 1 teas liquid smoke
  • 2 or 3 dashes of red hot sauce
  • 1 sm. can of diced olives, drained
  • 1 small can chili's

Directions
  1. Mix all but beans or tortillas.
  2. Spread beans from edge to edge on tortilla, thinly
  3. Spread cream cheese mix onto beans, thinly
  4. 3 scallions, chopped fine
  5. 1 lg. tomato, chopped fine
  6. Roll like jelly roll style
  7. Slice into 1/2 inch slices
  8. Enjoy
