Tomato Garlic Rasam

- 2 tomatoes shopping list
- 4 garlic pieces shopping list
- 1 tsp full pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin seeds shopping list
- few curry leaves shopping list
- 100 ml tamarind juice shopping list
- 1 green chillie shopping list
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds shopping list
- 2 dry red chillies shopping list
- 1 tsp refined oil shopping list
- Few coriander leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Grind tomatoes, pepper, garlic, green chillie, cumin seeds n curry leaves in a blender
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add mustard seeds, curry leaves n red chillies
- Add the blended items
- Pour tamarind juice n cook covered for 10 mts
- Garnish with coriander leaves

Great..
My mom makes it this way: She never grinds tomatoes, chilly and curry leaves. She jus crushes them in hand and drops them. She actually soaks all the stuff like 30 minutes b4 and then brings the whole solution to boil. That makes it rea...morearavi_vel in Bangalore loved it
