How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • 1. Line 24 muffin cups with foil and paper baking cups. Add a vanilla wafer to each cup.
  • 2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl. And the eggs, flour, and extracts and beat until combined. Spoon the filling onto the wafer in the cups.
  • 3. Bake for 17 minutes or until just set.
  • 4. Mix the sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla together in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves. Put a spoonful of this topping on each cheesecake. Top with cherry pie filling

    These look really delish! I made something very similar last yr, and 2 teen girls made a point to let me know how delicious they are!!
