Ingredients

3lb bottom round roast

3 cups water

0.7oz italian dressing dry pack

1.1 oz envelope lipton beefy onion dry soup mix

1t black pepper

1 medium green pepper - sliced

3lb potatoes - quatered

1lb baby carrots

3 stalks of celery - sliced

2 cloves of garlic -sliced

Directions

Place roast in crock pot

combine water, italian dressing pack, beefy onion soup mix and black pepper

pour over roast

add veggies to pot

cook on low 8 -10 hours

towards the end of cook time you can also remove enough liquid from the crock to cook some long grain white rice in. amounts will vary depending on how much rice you are cooking.
