How to make it

  • Combine crumbs and butter then press into bottom of spring form pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes then cool.
  • Soften gelatin in juice then stir over low heat until dissolved.
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar mixing well on medium then gradually add gelatin.
  • Chill until slightly thickened then fold in whipped cream and peel and pour over crust.
  • Chill until firm then garnish with orange slices and fresh mint and serve.
