We love Tuna Melts, and I love the sound of your "updated" version - will have to try this one for sure!

The balsamic vinegar really does something special!

Interesting. Since you're not frying it, it must be slightly better for you. And I like the idea of the sweetness of the balsamic in there...

Ooh, when the cleanse is done, I'm so making these.

Yum! I'll be having this for lunch often!

I'd make one right now if it wasn't midnight. I am so having this for lunch tomorrow. Thanks.

You named it correctly. It IS amazing! It's the best tuna sammie I ever had, just as you said it would be.
I don't have sweet-hot mustard yet, so I used French's yellow. It was good the way it mingled with the balsamic flavor, but I'll bet the sweet-hot is better. I'm going to get some and try it again. And again. Thanks for a great post.

I am going to try this. It sounds yummy!

I had these a couple nights ago and they were Awesome. The Sweet hot mustard and the vineagar really made my taste buds zing! I had some left over and experiments a little bit with Thousand Island dressing as well instead of mayo.

I really enjoyed eating them. I will definately have to have them again.

I had these sammys for lunch a few minutes ago. I just had to tell you again how yummy I think they are. :^)
