A variation on the traditional tater tot caserole.

Ingredients
  • 1 large bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1lb of browned ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 2 cans of cheese soup mix (if you can find the zesty cheese, it is tatsty, too)
  • 2 cups of shredded taco cheese
  • sour cream
  • lettuce
  • tomato (diced)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with tots
  3. Spread soup mix on top of tots
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 of meat mix on top
  5. Spread/dollop (which ever works better) 1/2 can of refried beans on meat
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over beans
  7. REPEAT..
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes covered
  9. Remove foil and bake remaining 15 minutes
  10. Serve with sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce.
  11. You can also serve with whole made salsa! Yum!
