How to make it

  • Directions for Ice Cream:
  • Pour cream directly into ice cream machine center bucket. Add sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Process ice cream according to machine instructions.
  • After Ice Cream is done, put in freezer for at least 2 hours before trying to combine.
  • Directions for Squeak1980 Snicker cake:
  • Mix cake mix according to instructions on cake box.
  • Pour half of the batter in a 9x13-inch pan
  • Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Melt caramels with oleo and milk.
  • Pour over the baked cake mix.
  • Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  • Dot remaining cake batter on top.
  • Bake 20 minutes longer at 250 degrees and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Remove from oven and cool. Needs no icing
  • After ice cream is at least slightly frozen, place two scoops in a bowl. Take a piece of the snicker cake and cut it into medium size cubes, about two inch in diameter - nothing precise. Add it to the ice cream.
  • Now take the caramel topping and drizzle some over the top of everything.
  • Take two spoons and slowly mix all three things together. Do not overmix because you want chunks of cake in the ice cream. Enjoy!!!!
