Spinach And Muenster Quiche Bites

Ingredients
- 1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped red pepper shopping list
- 6 large eggs shopping list
- 1/4 t ground white pepper shopping list
- /14 t nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 t salt shopping list
- 2 8-oz ;ackages muenster cheese, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- In large skillet, heat oil over med heat
- Add mushrooms, onions, redpepper, spinach, and seasoings
- Cook until veggies are soft
- Drain in paper towel lined colandar
- Whisk eggs in large bowl
- Stir in spinach mixture
- Add cheese
- Pour into lightly greased 9x13 baking dish
- Bake 25-20 minutes or untill lightly browned
- Cool for 10 minutes
- Cut into squares and serve
- ** Great with fresh fruit as a side
