Banana coconut Dosa

Its a healthy n tasty bfast. Kids will just love it.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice flour shopping list
- 1 cup grated coconut shopping list
- 2 ripe mashed bananas shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3 tbsp vanaspati shopping list
- 4 tbsp sugar shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 50 ml milk shopping list
- 2 tsp ghee shopping list
How to make it
- In a wide bowl beat one egg n vanaspati
- Now mix sugar , salt n mashed bananas 2 it
- Now add coconut n rice flour
- Add milk n water n prepare a batter
- Heat d tawa rub it with ghee
- Pour the batter n spread it like dosa
- When one side gets cukd, turn 2 the other side
