Ingredients

1-1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup light cream

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Pinch salt

3 ounces semisweet chocolate, roughly chopped

Whipped cream

peppermint schnapps

Directions

Combine ingredients over medium heat until chocolate melts. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with andies or junior mint.

use good quality chocolate bar not chochips.

This is our favorite cool night drink. Always have peppermint schnapps on hand. One in house and another bottle, ok maybe two in the RV. Nothing beats spiked cocoa while sitting around the fire with friends:)
