Dorito Burritos

This is an easy, cheap and tasty weeknight dinner
Ingredients
- 1 LB hamburger (Or you can use boneless chicken breast) shopping list
- 1 Pkg taco seasoning shopping list
- 1 Can Reg. rotel shopping list
- 1 Small bag of cheese Doritos shopping list
- 1 jar of cheese sauce (I like using Pace Mexican 4 Cheese, but only use 3/4 of Jar, NOT whole jar) shopping list
- Shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 Pkg of flour tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat or chicken. While doing this preheat oven to 375. Drain meat and add Taco Seasoning & Rotel. Simmer over med. heat for 5 mins. Add meat mixture to a smaller glass casserole dish. Add cheese sauce and crushed up Doritos, mix well. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over dish and bake for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted. Add mixture to flour tortillas, roll and serve
