Ingredients

1 LB Hamburger (Or you can use boneless chicken breast)

1 Pkg Taco Seasoning

1 Can Reg. Rotel

1 Small bag of Cheese Doritos

1 jar of Cheese Sauce (I like using Pace Mexican 4 Cheese, but only use 3/4 of Jar, NOT whole jar)

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Pkg of Flour Tortillas

Directions

Brown meat or chicken. While doing this preheat oven to 375. Drain meat and add Taco Seasoning & Rotel. Simmer over med. heat for 5 mins. Add meat mixture to a smaller glass casserole dish. Add cheese sauce and crushed up Doritos, mix well. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over dish and bake for 10-15 mins or until cheese is melted. Add mixture to flour tortillas, roll and serve
