  • PRICK WITH A FORK AND BAKE FLIND FOR 10MIN
  • ROLL OUT THE EXCESS PASTRY AND CUT OUT 2MM STRIPS
  • STICK THETOP EN OF 2 PASTRY STRIPS TOGETHER THEN TWIST THE STRIPS TO CREAT A ROPE EFFECT
  • BRUSH THE EDGES OF THE BAKED PASTRIES WITH EGG WHITE
  • STICK A PIECE OF TWISTED PASTRY AROUND THE EDGES OF EACH PASTRY SHELL
  • BRUSH WITH EGG WHICTE AND SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR
  • FILLING:
  • BEAT TOGETHER THE CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR, THEN BEAT IN THE EGG AND CREAM
  • FOLD IN THE FLOUR AND HALF OF THE SOAKED CRANBERRIES
  • SPOON THE FILLING INTO THE SHELLS
  • TOP WITH THE REMAINING CRANBERRIES AND SPRINKLE WITH ALMONDS
  • BAKE IN A PRE-HEATED OVEN FOR ABOUT 15 MIN OR UNTIL JUST SET
  • SWITCH OFF THEOVEN, OPEN THE OVEN DOOR SLIGHTLY AND LEAVE THE CHEESECAKES IN THERE UNTIL COOL
  • ENJOY HUNNY BUNNY'S MWAH
