No Bake Marshmallow Chip Clusters Recipe

These are easy and gooey and wonderful,, ususally dont keep long enough to store. Hope you enjoy

Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chopped peanuts ( have used cashews , very good)
- 1/2 raisins ( i substitute craisins and it was even better)
- 1 1/2 cup broken up pretzel sticks
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Stir in 3 1/4 cups marshmallows to melt.
- Turn off heat and add vanilla
- cool slightly
- Mix peanuts, raisins and pretzels in a bowl.
- Add marshmallow mixture
- Stir in remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips until coated.
- Roll heaping Tablespoons of mixture with hands into haystack clusters
- Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate 20 min
- store remaining candy in refrigerator

Yea thats what I use are the salted pretzel sticks,, i like the combination of sweet and salty,, makes it good!!!
