Apple Butter Cake Recipe

	Lmgluvscats / All my dishes 10 months, 1 week ago I got this recipe from another group. The title originally said bread....but I think it sounds more like cake.....so I changed it. Ingredients

* 2 cups all purpose flour

* 1 1/2 cup sugar

* 1 cup vegetable oil

* 2 cups Apple butter

* 4 eggs

* 2 tsp baking powder

* 1 tsp baking soda

* 1 tsp cinnamon

* 1 tsp nutmeg

* 1/4 tsp ground cloves

* 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN 350* MEASURE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE MIXING BOWL AND BEAT AT LOW SPEED UNTIL MOISTENED, THEN AT MEDIUM SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES. POUR INTO GREASED 10X15-INCH JELLYROLL PAN. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL COMPLETELY.
