Apple Butter Cake

I got this recipe from another group. The title originally said bread....but I think it sounds more like cake.....so I changed it. I haven't made it yet myself. What do you think? I just know it sounds good!
Ingredients
- * 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- * 1 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- * 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- * 2 cups apple butter shopping list
- * 4 eggs shopping list
- * 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- * 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- * 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- * 1 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- * 1/4 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT OVEN 350* MEASURE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO LARGE MIXING BOWL AND BEAT AT LOW SPEED UNTIL MOISTENED, THEN AT MEDIUM SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES. POUR INTO GREASED 10X15-INCH JELLYROLL PAN. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL COMPLETELY.

Hmmm - maybe a powdered sugar sprinkling on top? Sounds good to me too.
