POTATO AND EGG CASSEROLE
This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Barrett Estate in Rhome, Texas in 1984.

Cook this in one of those Pate' Terrines lined with wax paper. Put in fridge and let harden. Then turn out on a cutting board and use your electric knife to cut 1 inch slices - you can either freeze the slices and use them when you want to or keep in the fridge and nuke for a quick breakfast... thanks for the great recipe.
