Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400°.
  • Prepare pizza crust. I usually use a loaf of frozen bread dough, thawed all day.
  • Spread barbecue sauce over pizza crust.
  • Top with onion, pepper, chicken and cheese.
  • Bake 15 minutes.
  • I like to use a grocery store rotisserie chicken, tear the legs off and save them for lunch another day, then shred the rest of the meat to use for 2 pizzas.

This sounded so good I have to give it a try, I used a burrito sized tortilla for me crust, then added a sweet spicy bbq sauce, chopped up a red onion, I chopped up some mild banana peppers and a couple chopped very fine pickled jalapeno slices and topped with cheddar & mozzarella cheese and it was so good!!!!! Thanks for a great recipe!

Okay, so now you're making life difficult for me huh. Between the Broccoli Bread and now this BBQ Chicken Pizza you have me wondering which one to try first. Well, I've just figured it out. I'll be making both for this coming weekend and I know I will be pleasing everyone! Thanks John and HIGH 5!

My daughter is going to love this. All she eats is chicken for meat and she loves veggie pizza. Thanks :)
