Bbq Chicken Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1 Large pizza crust

1 Large onion, sliced, divided into rings

1 Large green pepper, sliced

1 Chicken breast, cooked and shredded

1/2 C Barbecue sauce

2 C Shredded cheddar or Mexican blend

Directions

Heat oven to 400°.

Prepare pizza crust. I usually use a loaf of frozen bread dough, thawed all day.

Spread barbecue sauce over pizza crust.

Top with onion, pepper, chicken and cheese.

Bake 15 minutes.

I like to use a grocery store rotisserie chicken, tear the legs off and save them for lunch another day, then shred the rest of the meat to use for 2 pizzas.

This sounded so good I have to give it a try, I used a burrito sized tortilla for me crust, then added a sweet spicy bbq sauce, chopped up a red onion, I chopped up some mild banana peppers and a couple chopped very fine pickled jalapeno slices and topped with cheddar & mozzarella cheese and it was so good!!!!! Thanks for a great recipe!
