Ingredients

1 cup rice

1 big potato

1 onion

1 tsp salt

2 tsp chilly powder

1/2 tsp black mustard seeds

1 tsp white mustard seeds

1 tbsp refined oil

Directions

Boil rice n keep it aside

Deep fry potatoes using salt n chilly powder

Heat oil in a pan

Add black n white mustard seeds

Add onions stir fry

Add fried potatoes n salt n keep stiring

Now add rice n mix it well
