How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Lightly coat six 3" muffin cups with nonstick spray.
  • Place chopped chocolate and butter in a metal bowl.
  • Set bowl above a saucepan of lightly simmering water.
  • Melt together until completely smooth.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in eggs and yolks.
  • Stir in powdered sugar and flour.
  • Bake for EXACTLY 7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve immediately.

    Looks good. My family will love it. Well, all but my sil who is allergic to chocolate but the rest of uw will love it. But I could use carob in it though. Thanks.
