Freezer Corn Recipe

Freezer Corn Recipe
This corn is as close as you will get to eating it right off the cob. So flavorful and buttery.

Nice idea and great alternative to store-bought frozen. Better than the blanched and bland method I've been using. Thanks.

3 years, that's great. I'm sure I have stuff in my freezer older than that, but not corn. We love corn.

I have given up on freezing corn cause I can never get it to taste good. This method sounds like it would work well. I'll definately give it a try cause I love corn & it's so plentiful in the summer. Thanks

I do mine this way but I also mix a Tbsp. of flour with some water to make a paste to add to it. Makes it so much better.

This is how I have always done it. We no longer have a garden and we don't live near the home farm anymore either. I miss the free fresh produce to work with.
