How to make it

  • Make the pasta you desire. Then in a fry pan add a little olive oil and in fresh chopped tomatoes, fresh chopped basil, fresh chopped garlic, a dash of lemon,
  • and that is it. if you want to and then add a drop of truffle oil, either black or white.
  • Prepare so not greasy and just use a little olive oil to saute the garlic and tomatoes...When done toss with pasta and then top with fresh parsely and parmesean cheese. Not a saucy sauce but simply elegantly delicious and each bite tastes superb.
  • Add a good wine for drink .
