Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Spray a 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add additional water to pineapple juice, if necessary, to equal 1/2 cup.
  • Add to prepared casserole, along with remaining ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Let stand 10 minutes.
  • Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes, or until tapioca granules are clear.
  • Serve warm or cold.
