Ingredients

How to make it

  • In mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla, and mix well.
  • Add milk and bananas and blend together.
  • Add oatmeal, salt, soda, and flour until well blended
  • stir in chips
  • grease 24 med size muffin cups and fill 2/3 way full
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • Let cool for at least 15 min before serving

    These were amazing!! I didn't add the chocolate chips (my three teenage sons have no idea what happened to the brand new bag of milk chocolate chips i bought last week lol). They will only be more brilliant next time, when i actually add the chocolate! great recipe! thanks for sharing!!

    This muffin recipe is AMAZING! I made 3 dozen of them on Friday because I had family coming into town. By Sunday morning, people were complaining because they were gone!! I had made this a couple times before for myself, husband and 2 children, and 1 dozen barely lasts a day!! VERY GOOD!!!!!!!!!!
